一 飯嶋町平内罷出春近黒川山御山代金百両ニて諸木
御買受仕度尤御山御見分之上宜木大木等も有之

間鋪候当三月中三拾両相納秋中弐拾両上納可
仕候相残五拾両明年ヨリ両年ニ相納可申御山

伐取之義は五ケ年ニ被成下候様願書羽右衛門方差出
尚亦相考差挨拶可致候段及挨拶勿論此節山入仕度
延引相成候而は杣共差支之趣申聞候

被仰付候郡代中元〆中ニも申談置候
一 当町平野屋義兵衛綿屋儀兵衛増山西川之内ニ而
大横川柳澤両所相願申度内意山方衆下役申聞候

追而見分之上代金図ヲ以可申付候其節代金申付之通り
可相納候万一金高相増難義等之趣申出候其節

一 右の件につき、同役と申し談じの上、平内を呼び出し申し渡すよう羽右衛門方へ
沙汰しました。
一 鉾持村西ノ入の見分を行ったところ、御林が非常に荒れており、不適切な
事柄もあったので、山守共を吟味するよう羽右衛門、杉左衛門方へ沙汰しました。
【以下飯嶋町年内に朱色の線】
一 飯嶋町平内が出頭し、春近黒川山の御山代金百両にて諸木を
御買い受けしたい旨申し出ました。もっとも御山御見分の上、良木大木等もあり、
運搬について御沙汰次第で御山代を相増し上納いたします。その節は何かと申し
間敷く、当三月中に三十両を相納め、秋中に二十両上納
いたします。相残り五十両は明年より両年にて相納め申すべき御山

伐取の件は五ヶ年にて行っていただくよう願書を羽右衛門方に差し出し、
なお再考の上、挨拶いたすべき段を挨拶しました。もちろんこの節山入りしたく、
延引となっては杣共に差し支える趣きを申し聞きました。
一 右の趣きを御用番へ相伺いしたところ、仰せ談じの上、御挨拶をなさるべき段を
仰せ付けられました。郡代中、元締中にも申し談じ置きました。
一 当町平野屋義兵衛、綿屋儀兵衛が増山西川の内にて
大横川、柳澤両所を相願い申したい内意を山方衆下役が申し聞きました。
二十六日
一 飯嶋町平内の春近郷黒川山願いについて、先ず山入りのところを承り届けました。
追って見分の上、代金計りをもって申し付けるべく候。その節代金申し付けの通り
相納めるべく候。万一金高相増しで難義等の趣きを申し出た場合、その節
