是又郷方役所ニ有之候由ニ付則御山方江受取相渡候右之趣も
御用番江一応申達候都合三本ニ相成候
一 右御薪方印鑑大目付中印鑑帳ニ無之由大目付中被申聞候
依之此度弐本之極印々鑑差出可申図申談置候

一 義右衛門并勇治山室御林村為山渡罷越候様及沙汰明日罷越候旨
両人届申聞候
一 御薪方極印々鑑弐本共に相認御用番江入御覧大目付中江
差出候勿論御山方極印は格印帳ニ有之候由ニ不差出候

此方共差図何れとも難致候間是は其村々ニ而相対ニ仕

これもまた郷方役所にある由につき、すぐに御山方へ受け取り相渡した。右の趣も
御用番へ一応申し達した。都合三本になった。
一 右の御薪方印鑑が大目付中の印鑑帳にない由、大目付中が申し聞かせた。
これにより、この度二本の極印の印鑑を差し出すべき図り申し談じ置いた。
十五日
一 義右衛門ならびに勇治が山室御林村のため山渡しに赴くよう沙汰があり、明日赴く旨を
両人が届け申し聞いた。
一 御薪方極印の印鑑二本ともに認め、御用番へ入御覧、大目付中へ
差し出した。もちろん御山方極印は格印帳にある由につき差し出さなかった。
十七日
一 義右衛門・勇治が山室村御林の山渡しが相済み、ただいま帰った旨を届け申し聞いた。
一 江戸表より金右衛門が赴いてきたにつき、金右衛門・庄助・月番の捨太宅へ呼び出し

赤塚源之助方で偏路をよく相調えた趣を申し聞いた。初川の寺社木九本の内
二本も差し出し、それへ敷木横尺合わせて本数を差し出す図り、次の川より赤松ならびに
追々諸木も差し出したい図りを申し聞いた。
一 良蔵が入野谷郷より昨今帰った旨を届け申し聞いた。

一 金右衛門・庄助が昨日申し聞いたところ、ならびに追々加藤八左衛門殿が請け置いた趣を委細

1. It was reported that Giyemon and Yuji completed the mountain inspection of Yamamuro village's imperial forest and have just returned.

Two attendants and subordinate officials from the mountain affairs office attended, and upon hearing the details, regarding timber extraction from Edo,
it was reported that Akatsuka Gennosuke had well arranged the detour route. Of the nine pieces of temple and shrine timber from Hatsukawa,
two pieces were also to be provided, and foundation timber and horizontal timber totaling several pieces were to be provided accordingly. From the next river, red pine and
various other timber would also be provided gradually, as was reported.

1. What Kinemon and Shosuke reported yesterday, as well as details of what Kato Hachizaemon had undertaken,

reported that Kitahara Hachiro's place was also visited yesterday. Regarding imperial forest matters,
arrangements should be made according to instructions after inquiry, but regarding temple and shrine timber,
it is believed that this should be reported by the district magistrates. When this was reported, regarding temple and shrine timber,
since neither side can easily give instructions, this should be handled through direct negotiation in each village
