出来候はゝ御林伐出之義申聞候様挨拶可仕旨御用番被仰聞候
依之右両人之者呼出其段申渡候

一 右両人之者寺社木買請ニ明日ニも早速罷出候ニ付与惣治差
添遣呉候様相願候処承届申渡遣候得は御用番御沙汰ニ
趣意違ひ同役申談候所如何度可然哉難決候ニ付相伺候所
御用番ニも御考之上昨日御沙汰可有之旨被仰聞候

一 都而此度山師之義加藤八左衛門殿江申談取計ひ候様御用番被
仰渡候左様ニ候はゝ昨日相伺達候先惣治差置候儀も申談之
上何れとも可仕哉相伺候処其通相心得候様被仰聞候依
之八左衛門殿申談山師共与惣治江相頼候筋ニ而承置勝手

一 杣与惣治御覧罷帰候旨届申聞候金右衛門庄助是又帰候由も

できるならば御林伐出の義を申し聞かせるよう挨拶すべき旨を御用番が仰せ聞かせた。
これにより右両人の者を呼び出し、その段を申し渡した。
十九日
一 右両人の者が寺社木買請のため明日にも早速出かけるにつき、与惣治を差し
添えて遣わしてくれるよう相願いしたところ、承知届け申し渡し遣わすが、御用番の御沙汰に
趣意が違い、同役と申し談じたところ、いかがすべきか決めかねるにつき相伺いしたところ
御用番にもお考えの上、昨日御沙汰があるべき旨を仰せ聞かせた。
廿日
一 すべてこの度の山師の義は加藤八左衛門殿へ申し談じ取り計らうよう御用番が
仰せ渡した。そうであるならば昨日相伺い達した先の惣治差し置く儀も申し談じの
上、どのようにすべきか相伺いしたところ、その通り心得るよう仰せ聞かせた。これにより
八左衛門殿と申し談じ、山師どもと与惣治へ相頼む筋にて承り置き、勝手

次第で出かけるよう申し渡した。この段一応右の趣を御用番へ申し上げた。
一 与惣治が明日在出仕する段を届け申し聞いた。
一 義右衛門・勇治が明後廿二日に御薪御用ならびに白石樽沢のため山凌に
出かける旨の沙汰があった。
廿二日
一 義右衛門が上山田村へ村方願書駄渡しに出かけた旨を往来届で申し聞いた。
廿四日
一 小白木杣札追渡し左の通り

右の通り相渡した旨を申し聞いた。

1. Since the two aforementioned persons would depart immediately tomorrow for purchasing temple and shrine timber, a request was made to send Yosoji along
as an escort. While this was acknowledged and conveyed, since the intent differed from the duty officer's instructions,
after consulting with colleagues, it was difficult to decide what should be done, so an inquiry was made.
The duty officer also considered the matter and stated that instructions should have been given yesterday.
20th day
1. The duty officer ordered that all matters concerning woodcutters this time should be discussed and arranged with Kato Hachizaemon.
If that is the case, regarding the matter of assigning Soji that was inquired about yesterday,
when asked what should be done after discussion, it was instructed to understand it as such. Therefore,
after discussing with Hachizaemon, arrangements were made through Yosoji for the woodcutters, and they were instructed to proceed at their discretion.

1. It was reported through travel notification that Giyemon departed to Kamiyamada Village to deliver village petition documents by pack horse.

1. Additional distribution of small white wood logging permits as follows:
1. Four permits Heisuke of Iijima Town at Irinoya District
1. Four permits Hiranoya Gihei and Wataya Gihei of this town
It was reported that the above were distributed.
1. It was reported that woodcutter Yosoji returned from inspection. It was also reported that Kinemon and Shosuke returned.
