廿五日
一 袋町吉左衛門の非持山（私有林ではない山）波むき黒部での伐出について、当年山仕舞いをした段を
良蔵が申し聞いたので、これにより根極印入駄数等を改めるため明日出かけるよう
杉左衛門方へ沙汰し、与惣治にも差し添えて出かけるよう申し付けた。
廿六日
一 右両人が非持山村御林へ出かけたので往来届を申し聞いた。
一 飯嶋町平内春近郷御立山杣札五枚を相渡した旨を良蔵が届け申し聞いた。
廿七日
一 上伊那樋口村の持村万五郎村の出火により類焼した者が小屋掛け用木道具を
御払いで取得したい段を願い出た件を義右衛門が持参差し出したが、やむを得ない義につき願いの通り
早速承知置く旨を右同人へ申し渡した。
一 右につき羽右衛門方が昨日上伊那郷へ出かけるよう沙汰があった。もっとも山守村役人

一 類焼があった先達の通り惣木を下されるよう取り計らうようこれまた沙汰があった。
一 樋口村出火につき木道具願いの義を郡代中へも差し出した由で、追って格にも相成るが
これにつき願書承知届けなしの段を申し聞かれたので、出火につき御払い下される筋ではなく御払い
願いにつき栗木御払い下される旨、なお義右衛門方へ村役人に心得違いなきよう
申し渡した段を沙汰した。
廿八日
一 御子柴勇治が黒川御薪を三峯川へ刈り出し相済み帰った旨を届け申し聞いた。
一 江戸表金右衛門が申し聞いた旨、この間中上伊那郷寺社木見分をしたところ衆初
見廻り江戸表掛合も木の證文相違し用に立たないので、すべて格の
通り段を正し入れ御山伐出諸木ともに相願いしたい由を申し聞いた。右願書外
仕様書一袋を義右衛門が差し出し請け取り置いた。

Ryozo reported that this year's mountain work was completed. Accordingly, tomorrow Sugizaemon's group should go
to inspect root markings, pack horse numbers, etc., and Yosoji was also ordered to accompany them.
26th day
1. Since the two aforementioned persons departed for the non-private mountain village imperial forest, a travel notification was reported.
1. Ryozo reported that five logging permits for Heisuke of Iijima Town at Haruchika District imperial mountain were distributed.
27th day
1. Due to a fire in Mangoro Village, which belongs to Higuchi Village in Kami-Ina, those who suffered secondary fire damage
petitioned to receive timber tools for temporary shelter construction through imperial disposal. Giyemon brought and submitted this petition.
Since it was an unavoidable matter, it was conveyed to him that the request would be promptly acknowledged as requested.

1. Regarding the petition for timber tools due to the Higuchi Village fire, it was also submitted to the district magistrate, and while it would
later become precedent, since it was reported that there was no acknowledgment of the petition receipt,
it was not a matter of imperial disposal due to fire but rather a petition for imperial disposal, so chestnut wood would be provided through imperial disposal.
Furthermore, it was ordered that Giyemon's group ensure village officials had no misunderstanding about this matter.
28th day
1. It was reported that Gokoshiba Yuji completed cutting and transporting imperial firewood from Kurokawa to Mitsumine River and returned.
1. Regarding what Kinemon from Edo reported: During the recent inspection of temple and shrine timber in Kami-Ina District,
the initial inspection and correspondence with Edo revealed discrepancies in timber certificates, making them unusable.
Therefore, he requested to properly correct all procedures according to regulations and petition for various timber from imperial mountain logging.
Giyemon submitted the above petition and a bag of specification documents, which were received and kept.
