組の諸御役人の方々で、これまで三八五斗御用を御給していた面々は、御用口での
給与がない御用や御繕御用については御用捨である。御用次第で罷出るべき
である。これより御用召の節は申し遣わすであろう。
一 常に□□を着用していた面々は、御在所においても平日は羽織着用は前の勝手
次第□□後の儀は羽織着脱着用は勝手次第であること。
右の趣旨を申し通すよう御用番が仰せ聞かせた。また御国役御沖においても中にも御通達
をなされるべきである。以上。

1. During the lord's residence in the castle, for officials who have been serving until now, during the initial period of their duty rotation, as a temporary measure,

For the various officials of the group who have been receiving stipends of 385 to (measures) until now,
for duties without stipends at the duty office and repair duties, these are exempted. They should
appear according to their duties. Hereafter, when summoned for duty, word will be sent.
1. For those who regularly wore □□, even when at their residences, wearing haori on regular days is at their discretion as before.
Regarding matters after □□, wearing or removing haori is at their discretion.
The duty officer conveyed that these points should be communicated. Also, proper notification should be made within the national service and offshore duties as well. The above.
