一 栗羽場上御林山守桑左衛門江御払木之義申渡候段杉左衛門届承置

一 新井孫右衛門殿が来る六日に江戸表へお出になられた。この段をご承知いただければ
御同役の御油にて中へもご通達成るべし。以上

一 栗羽場御林の御払い残しの場所、同所山守の栗左衛門が御払い代金二分にて
頂戴したい旨願い出た由、良蔵が申し聞いた。同役と申し談じの上で御払い申すように
杉左衛門が良蔵へ申し渡した。
一 芦澤除道普請につき左の通り代木の儀を杉左衛門も沙汰に及ぶ

三日
一 先達て御普請方が申し立てのあった鉾持升形橋の簀の子ができた由
与惣治より届けがあった段につき、御普請方へあり、今御取入れが相済んだ段、右御門方が
申し聞きあり。もっとも人足五十三人が帰り方にて両□地村へ割り付け罷出た由。
一 栗羽場上御林山守桑左衛門へ御払い木の儀を申し渡した段、杉左衛門より届け承り置く。

1. Regarding the remaining timber sale location at Kuriwaba Imperial Forest, the local forest keeper Kurizaemon
requested to receive the timber sale proceeds for 2 bu. Ryozo reported this matter.
Sugiemon instructed Ryozo to proceed with the timber sale after consultation with his colleague.
1. Regarding the Ashizawa road construction, Sugiemon also issued instructions for substitute timber as follows:

Regarding the above pine timber, substitute timber was distributed according to the imperial diagram.
Ryozo reported this to Sugiemon's office. The delivery report from the transportation destination was duly noted.

1. Regarding the Hokimochi Masugata Bridge lattice work that the construction office had previously requested,
Yosoji reported its completion. Since this was reported to the construction office, the intake has now been completed,
as reported by the gate office. Additionally, 53 workers were allocated to return to both □chi villages.
1. Instructions regarding timber sales were given to Kuwazaemon, forest keeper of Upper Kuriwaba Imperial Forest.
This delivery was noted from Sugiemon.
