急ニ而御挨拶も難成之趣其段山師共江申渡候様

被仰聞ニ付杉左衛門方へ被申渡候様及沙汰
一 下〆町水通材木不足ニ付又々弐請取申候義郡代中ヨリ
申談有之候節杉左衛門方申聞候明日的場村より伐出可申旨
尤夏斗之義は無之候ニ付与惣治伐出可申付右同人申聞承置
郡代中ヨリも右材木之義掛合申来候
一 御用日給御用捨之義被 仰出候ニ付□番月番之番毎月五十番
宅江寄合御用筋申談之図山方衆ニは三八五十月番宅へ御罷越
候様是亦及沙汰

一 水道材木伐出し昨日雨天ニ付今日伐出相渡候段并出入届有之
与惣治義も右同断届承置
一 黒河内善右衛門小白木駄数書例之通差出ス
一 右同断駄数改町方□宜座□□郡代中より例之通来ル則

一 江戸表山師は願出候三峯川御立山□願役筋之□□之処
爰ニ転居候右五ヶ年御払ニて御用檜木等差出候者相成り

一 無事申し達し候。江戸表の山師願書の趣、御同筋にございる義につき
急にて御挨拶も成し難い趣、その段を山師共へ申し渡すよう
用香
仰せ聞かされにつき、杉左衛門方へ申し渡すよう沙汰に及ぶ。
一 下締町水通材木不足につき、また二つ請け取り申す義、郡代中より
申し談じあった節、杉左衛門方が申し聞いた。明日的場村より伐り出すべき旨、
もっとも夏材の義はこれ無く候につき、与惣治が伐り出すべく申し付ける。右同人申し聞き承り置く。
郡代中よりも右材木の義、掛け合い申し来た。
一 御用日給御用捨ての義、仰せ出され候につき、□番月番の番毎月五十番
宅へ寄合い御用筋申し談ずの図。山方衆には三八五十月番宅へ御罷り越し
候様、これまた沙汰に及ぶ。

廻状出来、同役方へも申し通し、支配の者へも沙汰に及ぶ。

一 水道材木伐り出し、昨日雨天につき今日伐り出し相渡し候段、並びに出入届けあり。
与惣治義も右同断にて届け承り置く。

一 右同断駄数改め、町方□宜座□□郡代中より例の通り来る。則ち

1. Safely reported. Regarding the petition from mountain contractors in Edo, since this matter concerns
the same department, immediate consultation is difficult. This matter should be communicated to the mountain contractors.

As instructed, this was communicated to Sugiemon's office.
1. Regarding the shortage of timber for waterways in Shimoshime-machi, another two [units] were requested. When the district magistrates
discussed this matter, Sugiemon's office reported that timber should be cut from Matoba village tomorrow.
Since there is no summer timber available, Yosoji will be ordered to cut and deliver it. The same person reported this, which was duly noted.
The district magistrates also made inquiries about this timber matter.
1. Regarding the suspension of daily wages for official duties, as ordered, [for] monthly duty officers, fifty monthly shifts
at residences for meetings and consultation on official matters. Mountain office staff should visit the March-August-May monthly duty residences
on the same schedule. This matter was also communicated.

1. Regarding next New Year's spear-bearing ceremony proceeding as usual, circular notices were prepared and addressed to the writing officer and monthly duty officer,
communicated to colleagues, and also reported to subordinate officials.
1. Baba Yasuemon completed his official firewood duty and returned. His report was duly received.
5th day
1. Regarding waterway timber cutting, due to rain yesterday, cutting and delivery were completed today, along with entry/exit notifications.
Yosoji also submitted the same type of report, which was duly received.
1. Kurokawachi Zenemon submitted his small white wood pack-horse load count record as usual.
1. For the same pack-horse load inspection, [officials] from the town magistrate's office came as usual. After
cross-checking, the documents were returned.
7th day
1. The mountain contractors from Edo who petitioned regarding Mitsuminegawa imperial forest reserve, concerning the petition office matters,
have relocated here. For five years, those who submit official cypress timber through timber sales arrangements
