申間敷候哉之趣御尋候ニ付右躰之御差支之義ハ有之間鋪
御山御手広之義其上手遠之場所ヨリ御払可仕何レ此度之
御取組可然奉存候段申達ス尤故障等ニ而延引之義は難斗奉存候
兎角山師之掛合は左様之筋出来申候義ニ御座候兼而其御
含被成下候様ニ仕度申達候
一 貝沼村篠竹藪垣繕并御林御用兼北原儀右衛門三溝良蔵
在出申付候段一応申達ス
一 椹榑＃１弐百四拾一才御普請方申立之通相渡申尤郷方ニて

【右丁】
申すまじく候やの趣、お尋ね候につき、右体のお差し支えの義はこれ有るまじく、
御山御手広の義、その上手遠の場所より御払い仕るべく、いずれこの度の
お取り組み然るべく存じ奉る候段申し達す。もっとも故障等にて延引の義は計り難く存じ奉る候。
とかく山師の掛け合いは左様の筋出来申す義にござい候。兼ねてその御
含みを成し下され候ようにいたしたく申し達し候。
一 貝沼村篠竹藪垣繕い並びに御林御用兼ね、北原儀右衛門・三溝良蔵を
在出申し付け候段、一応申し達す。
一 椹榑二百四十一才、御普請方申し立ての通り相渡し申す。もっとも郷方にて
届け入れ相済み候段、青山佐五右衛門申し聞き候趣、一応申し達す。

Regarding the inquiry about whether this should not be permitted, there should be no such obstacles.
Since the imperial mountain territory is extensive, and timber can be provided from distant locations, this
arrangement would be appropriate for this occasion. However, delays due to problems or obstacles are difficult to predict.
In any case, negotiations with mountain contractors tend to develop along these lines. We request that you
keep this in mind for the future.
1. For repairing bamboo grove fences in Kainuma village and concurrent imperial forest duties, Kitahara Giemon and Mitsuzo Ryozo were
ordered to go out on assignment. This is hereby reported.
1. 241 sai of cedar roof shingles were delivered as requested by the construction office. The
notification was completed by the rural district, as reported by Aoyama Sagoemon. This is hereby reported.
1. Two five-sun square pine logs for waterway construction were delivered as requested by the district magistrates. This is also reported.
