申聞候右は御当地躰社木大橋々方

此筑摩郡ニて檜買受仕候右ニ付小野村うとふ峠車引ニ致
天瀧川下り仕度奉存候依之手益も御座候ニ付横川御立山
之内黒澤壱ヶ所追願仕度申聞候段小林杉左衛門方願中
差出同役申談之上可及挨拶申渡置候

一 上伊那郡横川御立山の内黒沢御払いの件について、江戸表の山師共が願い出を申し聞いた。
これは当地の大工社木大橋一派が
幕府の御用のため伐採したいところ、地元産の木材で用意するため
この筑摩郡にて檜を買い受けることとした。これに関して小野村うとう峠まで車で運び
天竜川を下らせたく存じる。これにより利益もあるため、横川御立山
の内黒沢一か所について追加願いをしたいと申し聞いた旨、小林杉左衛門方の願書を
提出し、同役と相談の上で挨拶に及ぶべきと申し渡し置いた。
十五日
一 元締方と一緒に御席へ出頭するよう御用番より仰せ下され、諸事のため直ちに
出頭したところ、左の通り申し渡された上、受け取り引き渡しを行うべき旨御働き渡された。

1. Regarding the official sale of timber from Kurosawa within the Yokogawa official forest in Kami-Ina County, timber merchants from Edo submitted a petition.
This concerns the carpenter guild Daihashi group from our locality
who wish to conduct logging for official government use, and since they plan to procure with local timber,
they will purchase cypress in this Chikuma County. For this purpose, they wish to transport by cart to Utou Pass in Ono Village
and then send it down the Tenryu River. As this would also bring profit, they wish to submit an additional petition for
one location at Kurosawa within Yokogawa official forest. The petition from Kobayashi Sugizaemon's group was
submitted, and it was ordered that proper greetings should be made after consultation with colleagues.
15th day
1. The duty officer ordered that we appear at the official seat together with the head clerk for various matters, so we
immediately appeared. The following was announced, and we were ordered to conduct the handover and receipt.
