一 右御役筋支配御城下之段為心得羽右衛門方杉左衛門方へ以

一 右同人御家来被下之候尤元〆方ニて申渡之右日筋ニ
端元〆方迄差出可申旨北原八郎太夫方申談有之
一 三峯川入御山払之義江戸表山師願之通御聞届相済

一 支配之者三人来春御緒木之内壱帳宛前借仕度申聞候

任命され、勤務方法はこれまで通りと仰せ付けられ、引き渡しが済み受け取りました
右の御礼と御届けのため参上いたしました
一 勇治について御札回りの件で御意見があり、用人中が出向くよう良蔵へ
申し渡しました。もっとも当役の支配であり、勤務方法は今まで通り追々仰せ出されるため、改めて
なお無職のまま申し合わせて勤務するよう良蔵へ申し渡しました
一 右の御役筋支配が御城下の件について心得のため、羽右衛門方・杉左衛門方へ
手紙で申し遣わしました
一 右の同人が御家来に任命された件について、もっとも元締方にて申し渡しの右の日程について
端元締方まで差し出すべき旨、北原八郎太夫方と申し談じありました
一 三峰川筋御山払いの件について、江戸表の山師の願いの通り御聞き届けが済み

一 江戸表山師の追願である横川御立山の内黒沢御払いの件について、郡代中・
元締中と申し談じ置くことなく、右の願書をもって御用番へ調え置きました。もっとも
仰せ渡される御挨拶をなすべき段を仰せ聞かれました

一 火山村の山守が先達て焼失したため、この節普請したく何卒材木
二十本の御払いを頂戴したいと願い出た由、やむを得ない件のため承り届け申し上げ、杉左衛門方・
安右衛門が出向くよう、並びに御普請方より申しあり、建築用竹十本を
伐り出し御用を兼ねて出すことを申し渡しました
一 支配の者三人が来春御用材の内一帳宛前借りしたいと申し聞いた件について
別紙書付を御蔵奉行中へ差し遣わしました
