現代語訳

一　峯山寺の月番宅へ呼び出した上で、先達て郡代中より申し渡しがあった材木百本の引き渡しを行うにつき、この度任命された山方衆並びに下役より御引き渡しを申すべく相談するよう沙汰に及んだ。
　　右の趣旨を羽右衛門方の下役へも申し渡した。

十七日
一　江戸表より罷り越した山師四人の内、常八、清兵衛が江戸表へ帰り立ち、交渉等を仕りたく、右につき先触状を相願いたい旨を下役が申し聞かせた。右の趣旨を一応申し達した上で、志賀羽右衛門方より先触状を差し出すよう沙汰に及んだ。

1. The monthly duty monk at Mineyamadera temple was summoned, and regarding the delivery of 100 pieces of timber that was previously ordered by the district magistrates, it was decided to consult with the newly appointed mountain officials and subordinates about the handover.
　　This matter was also communicated to Hane'emon's subordinates.

17th day
1. Among the four mountain contractors who came from Edo, Tsunehachi and Seibei wish to return to Edo to conduct negotiations, and for this purpose the subordinates requested advance notification documents. After reporting this matter, it was decided that Shiga Hane'emon should issue the advance notification documents.
