等に置いている者どもや町内の人別帳
等を特に調べ直し、自然と疑わしい
者がいる場合はすぐに捕らえ押さえ
申すべきです

persons are found, they should immediately be captured and detained.
This should be conveyed to all relevant parties as stated above.
Of course, this should also be reported to the town magistrate.
