Regarding the recent construction work on the Benzaiten Bridge, we understand that a great number of laborers and such are required, which we recognize as no small undertaking. As for our two towns, we reside at the base of said bridge, and moreover, having received great benevolence in previous years when we were granted land and allowed to establish town lots for our residences, we consider this an entirely fortunate arrangement. Therefore, for this bridge construction assistance, we wish to provide 1,000 laborers from both towns. Consequently, to maintain prosperity, we have determined that each establishment engaged in water trade shall provide three women each, specifically from sixteen establishments
