二十日に提出したところ、早速御許可をいただき、それに関して新町町代の閑左衛門方へ申し渡しました。
恐れながら申し上げます。
私は男子がおりませんので、川下郷笠原南割付の権六の弟である喜代杉と内縁関係もございますので、養子として引き取り、跡継ぎとして相続させたく存じます。つきましては願い出ます。

This was submitted on the 20th, and approval was promptly granted. Regarding this matter, notification was given to Kanzaemon, the town representative of Shinmachi.

As I have no male heir, and since there is a common-law relationship with Kiyosugi, the younger brother of Gonroku from Kasahara Minami district in Kawashimo village, I would like to adopt him and have him inherit my family line. Therefore, I respectfully submit this petition.
