十二日に役所において中山氏の取り次ぎで差し上げたところ、即日聞き済みとなり、藤蔵へ申し渡しました。十四日昼に出立すると申し上げておきます。

私の養子太市の件について、ご厄介をおかけする筋のことを願い上げ、恐れ入りますが、十一ヶ年以前の未年に、親の彦右衛門に金十五両の敷金で家を貸し、地質として私の母親を養育すると決め、五ヶ年過ぎて太市を養子とし、娘よねと見合いをさせる旨でした。しかし太市は親の彦右衛門のところへよねを出し、まことに不法者であるため、やむなくよねは家出をしました。その後、諸事に気づかずにおりましたが、去る寅年に私が利介に申し聞かせましたのは、太市が申すことには「これより大切にいたします」ということでしたが、卯年四月に私が手を切って難儀をしている際に家へ参り、
