右願書十四日於御役所池田本氏取次差上候
尤是迄品々取扱仕候得共不行届候段申上候

現代語訳
偽りを以て誠の道を知らない者につき、諸事物事このような始末ぶりでございますので、誠に困窮いたし実に恥ずかしい次第で至極に存じます。以後どれほど良い申し立てをいたしましても、私並びに親類までも不安心に存じます。何卒、お上様のご慈悲を以て、早速離縁になりますよう、ひとえにお願い申し上げます。

As this person uses falsehood and does not know the true way, all matters have come to such a state of affairs, causing me great hardship and truly shameful circumstances that I find extremely distressing. No matter how good any future statements may be, both I and my relatives will remain uneasy. I humbly beseech Your Honor's mercy to grant a swift divorce.
