右二十四日に鈴木氏がお取り次ぎの上、二十九日■上氏より
月末より二百六十八文で売り出しとのお沙汰、鉾持町善兵衛を呼び申し渡しました。
恐れながら
私の養子太市の件で、思うようにならない事があり
離縁したくお願い申し上げましたところ、
役所において厚いご理解をいただき恐縮に存じます。つきましては
お願い申し上げました願書をお下げ渡しくださいますようお願い申し上げます。

On the 24th day, Mr. Suzuki served as intermediary, and on the 29th day, from Mr. ■jō,
the directive came to sell from the end of the month at 268 mon, and Zenbei of Hokomotichō was summoned and informed.
Humbly stated
Regarding my adopted son Taichi, as there have been matters that do not meet expectations,
I petitioned for divorce, and
at the government office received generous understanding, for which I am deeply grateful. Therefore,
I humbly request that the petition I submitted be returned to me.
