銀蔵之所持ニ買入候事故自分名前ニ而買入申
趣ニ御座候此節ニ至候而者銀蔵義茂別家ニ相成候上ハ
自分名前ニ而住居仕度申候間譲渡証文相渡
度奉存候得共右文四郎品々故障申張家帳へ調印
不相成甚迷惑仕候何卒鉾持町銀蔵ヲ被召出
買請致候事柄御調被成下其上文四郎江御利解
被成下私帳印仕是迄之地代金等文四郎ゟ渡呉
候様右屋鋪者銀蔵江譲渡相成候様仕度奉存候
依之奉願上候

銀蔵の所有として買い入れた事情により、自分の名前で買い入れた趣旨でございます。この度に至りましては、銀蔵も別家となった以上は、自分の名前で住居いたしたく申し上げますので、譲渡証文をお渡ししたいと存じますが、右の文四郎が様々な故障を申し立て、家帳への調印が成らず、甚だ迷惑いたしております。何卒、鉾持町の銀蔵をお呼び出しいただき、買い受けいたした事柄をご調査くださり、その上で文四郎にご説明くださいまして、私の帳面に印をいたし、これまでの地代金等を文四郎から渡すよう、右の屋敷は銀蔵へ譲渡が成るようにいたしたく存じます。
これにつきまして願い上げます。
右の趣旨により、ご慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお仰せ付けくださいますれば、有り難い仕合いと存じます。以上

Since it was purchased under Ginzō's ownership, it was bought in my own name for this purpose. Now that Ginzō has established a separate household, I would like to reside there under my own name, and I wish to provide a transfer document. However, the aforementioned Bunshirō has raised various objections and refuses to affix his seal to the property register, causing me great trouble. I humbly request that you summon Ginzō from Hokomotichō to investigate the circumstances of this purchase, and then explain the situation to Bunshirō so that he will seal my register and provide the ground rent that has been due. I wish for this property to be properly transferred to Ginzō.
Therefore, I submit this petition.
Regarding the above matter, I humbly request your merciful consideration of this petition, and if you would kindly grant my request, I would be most grateful. The above.
