私義此度上穂宿増屋嘉蔵方ゟ手形米
買入仕甲州並崎富屋宗兵衛江売渡申候間
依之出穀御改所御通被成下候様奉願上候

恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉る事

私はこの度上穂宿の増屋嘉蔵方より手形米を買い入れ、甲州並崎の富屋宗兵衛へ売り渡し申します。つきましては出穀御改所をお通りくださいますよう願い上げ奉ります。
