Regarding the above petition that was submitted previously, the monthly duty officer for village contributions, Okabe Zen'emon, personally delivered it to the rural administrative office. Recently, at the time of the official response, we received a letter from Mr. Yazawa and upon inquiry learned that the three petitions from the town elders, town contribution officials, and general town representatives were all approved with official additions made on the 18th. The separate response papers and covering papers with joint signatures were handled like imported timepieces, and this time we were instructed to submit as a single petition. Accordingly, on the 20th we submitted the petition at the castle. Additionally, we recorded the names of five town elders, seven town contribution officials, and the general town representatives on a separate paper. Since Mr. Yazawa was on duty
