御上様被遊 御上京御首尾能

御帰城恐悦至極奉存候依之別紙名前者共
乍聊為御悦舶来時計

お取り次ぎくださり差し出したところ、お留め置きとなりました。
恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ奉ります
この度
御上様におかれましては御上京あそばされ、首尾よく
御帰城あらせられ、恐悦至極に存じ奉ります。これにより別紙名前の者ども、
いささかながらお祝いのしるしとして舶来時計を
