乍恐以口上書奉願上候
此度
御上様無 御滞被遊
御帰城恐悦至極に奉存候右に付
別紙名前之者共奉蒙
御恩沢候冥加相弁乍聊御品に而
献上仕恐悦奉申上度申出候間
乍恐取次奉願候此段御聞済被成下
置候は一同難有仕合奉存候以上

現代語訳
恐れながら口上書をもってお願い申し上げます
この度
御上様におかれましては何の滞りもなく
御帰城あそばされ、恐悦至極に存じます。これに付きまして
別紙記載の名前の者どもが
御恩沢を蒙り候冥加を相弁じ、わずかながら御品にて
献上仕り、恐悦申し上げたく申し出ました間
恐れながらお取り次ぎをお願いします。この段お聞き済み成し下さ
れば一同ありがたき仕合せと存じます。以上

Most humbly, I submit this oral petition.
On this occasion,
His Lordship has returned to the castle
without any delay, which we find most joyous. Regarding this matter,
the persons whose names are listed on the separate sheet
have received Your Lordship's benevolent favor and, understanding this blessing, wish to
present humble gifts
to express their gratitude. We humbly request
that you serve as intermediary. If this matter receives your approval,
we would all consider it a most grateful blessing. The above
