正徳年中御改同断引続相続仕罷在候
尤元禄已前之仏等も御座候得共
御先代様之儀は御取用無御座候御沙汰ニ

【口上之覚（こうじょうのおぼえ）】
このたび、宮下平兵衛よりわたくしどもの家についてお願い申し上げましたことにつき、わたくしの心得を以下に申し上げます。
一、わたくしどもの家の儀は、元禄年中（1688〜1704年）のご改め（検分・調査）において富士野屋久右衛門、正徳年中（1711〜1716年）のご改めにおいても同様に、引き続き相続してまいりました。もっとも、元禄以前の仏（位牌・仏壇など）なども御座いますが、ご先代様の御代には、それらはお取り上げなし（考慮なし）とのご沙汰になっていたと存じます。

**Memorandum of Oral Statement (Kōjō no Oboegaki)**
On this occasion, as Miyashita Heibei has submitted a petition regarding my household, I hereby humbly set forth my own understanding of the matter as follows.
Item: Regarding my household — during the Genroku era (1688–1704), an official inspection was conducted, at which time [our house was registered under] Fujinoya Kyūemon; during the Shōtoku era (1711–1716), another official inspection was conducted, similarly, and we have continued in unbroken succession ever since. It should be noted that there are also ancestral Buddhist items (*butsu*) predating the Genroku era; however, it is my understanding that under the previous lord's administration, a ruling was issued that such items would not be taken into consideration.
