十二日に提出し、四月七日に御承認をいただき、町代並びに
当人たちを呼び出し、御承認の上は心得違いのないよう申し渡した。
恐れながら《注記：この願いは家筋帳にありません。もっとも在郷の者につきその件をお話し申し上げたところ、差し支えもないはずです。井上氏、池田氏、清水氏がそのように申されました》
私の親類の中町和泉屋善左衛門が一時的に絶家をしており
ました所、この度諏訪因幡守様の御領分山口新田の
二三郎と申す者と内縁関係もございますので、妻子共々
引き取り家名相続をいたしたく存じます。これにより願い上げます。

With all due respect《Note: This petition is not in the family lineage records. However, since this concerns a person from the countryside, when we discussed this matter, there should be no difficulties. Messrs. Inoue, Ikeda, and Shimizu have so stated.》
My relative, Zenzaemon of Izumiya in Naka-machi, had temporarily discontinued his family line.
Now, there is a common-law relationship with a person called Nisaburō from Yamaguchi-shinden
in the domain of Lord Suwa Inaba-no-kami, so I wish to
take in his wife and children and continue the family name. Therefore, I humbly submit this petition.
