近年別而御通行多之上諸品格別
高直に相成壱疋渡金四両ゟ四両弐分
にて仕切相勤来候追々増金致当春
至り金五両にて仕切仕候然る所不
容易御通行多に付相勤兼候段
申出候に付難渋之廉々左に奉申上候
一御伝馬弐拾五人弐拾五疋之御触当者
殿様 御通行之節寄人馬
別段奉願上候
一拾三人拾三疋御触之外人足義は
御買上に相成分は御家中様始御荷物
継立限申候其至り人馬出払に相成候所
又は御他家様御触当有之候節人馬
難渋仕候事
一北原村渡之分仮橋往来に候水出之節
橋落候節至急人馬間合兼渡舟

近年は特に御通行が多い上に、諸品が格別に
高値になり、一疋の渡し金が四両から四両二分
で取り決めて勤めてまいりましたが、次々と増金いたし、当春に
至り金五両で取り決めいたしました。しかしながら、並々ならぬ
御通行の多さのため勤めかねる旨を
申し出ましたので、難渋している事情を左記に申し上げます。
一、御伝馬二十五人二十五疋の御触れ当番者は
殿様の御通行の節の寄せ人馬は
別段にお願い申し上げます。
一、十三人十三疋の御触れ以外の人足については
御買い上げになる分は御家中様をはじめ御荷物の
継ぎ立てに限ると申します。その際に人馬が出払いになったところ
または御他家様の御触れ当番がある節は人馬に
難渋いたします。
一、北原村渡しの分は仮橋往来ですが、水が出た節や
橋が落ちた節は至急の人馬の間に合わず、渡し舟

In recent years, there has been particularly heavy official traffic, and moreover, all goods have become exceptionally expensive. We had arranged to provide one horse for four ryō to four ryō and two bu, but we have gradually increased the fee, and this spring we arranged for five ryō. However, due to the extraordinary amount of official traffic, we have reported that we cannot manage the service, so we humbly submit the following difficulties:
1. Regarding the official post horse service of 25 people and 25 horses assigned by official notice:
When His Lordship passes through, the additional personnel and horses
are petitioned for separately.
1. Regarding the porters for the 13 people and 13 horses beyond the official notice:
Those purchased by the government are limited to continuing baggage transport for the retainers and other official cargo. When personnel and horses are all dispatched for this service, or when there are official notices from other domains requiring personnel and horses, we face difficulties.
1. Regarding the Kitahara Village crossing, which uses a temporary bridge: when floods occur or when the bridge falls, urgent personnel and horses cannot be arranged in time, requiring ferry boats
