This person petitioned in the past year of Ansei 6 (Year of the Sheep) for a nine-year term apprenticeship as an internal disciple to learn the blacksmith trade. Now that his term has been completed, I would like to grant him leave to return home. Therefore, I respectfully submit this petition.
