存じます。つきましては願い出申し上げます

I have completed a nine-year apprenticeship as an internal disciple under Kinji of Shimizu-machi, learning the blacksmith trade. Having successfully finished my training and received my discharge, I would like to work as an independent craftsman from this year, serve in the water service role, and receive an official license certificate. Therefore, I respectfully submit this petition.
