一昨年同人死去仕候後相続人無御座候ニ付
十五ケ年之間右質株私方へ譲請渡世仕尚又
年限相立養子出来仕候節者相戻申度内談

【右丁】
一昨年同人（藤右衛門）が死去した後、相続人がいないため、十五年間、その質屋の株を私の方へ譲り受けて商売をし、さらに年限が立って養子ができた際には返却したいと内々に相談しました。そのため願い出ます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い出た通りにお命じいただけましたら、ありがたい幸せと存じます。以上

私は身上不如意となり、生活が困難になったと思われるため、江戸の神田新白銀町二丁目の三河屋多兵衛方へ十年季の年季奉公に行きたいと思います。そのため年季中の宗門証文を無判（免除）にしていただくよう願い出ます。また弟善吉については、片倉村の甚五左衛門方に縁談もあるため、厄介（居候）として送りたいと内談しました。そのため願い出ます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い出た通りにお命じいただけましたら、ありがたい幸せと存じます。以上

As my personal circumstances have become difficult and I believe it will be hard to make a living, I wish to go to Mikawa-ya Tahei's establishment in Kanda Shin-hakuginchō 2-chōme in Edo for ten years of indentured service. Therefore, I petition that my religious certification be waived during the term of service. Furthermore, regarding my younger brother Zenkichi, since there is a marriage prospect at Jinzaemon's household in Katakura village, I have discussed privately about sending him there as a dependent. Therefore, I humbly petition.
