右の山の件につき、信州箕輪領大出村・
沢村・八乙女村・下古田村・上古田村・富田村・
松島村・木下村の右八ヶ村と宮所村との
争論の山となったため、去る午年の御検地の時、
帳面に記載しなかったところ、当未年八月六日評定
所において右の争論の山について御裁許があり、宮所村の持山に
決定され、絵図に御裏書をいただき宮所村へ下されたため、
この度御勘定所へ伺い出て御裏書をいただき、
絵図をもって山内・平沢の名所を吟味し、
追って書き加えるものである。

Regarding the above mountain, there was a dispute between Miyasho Village and eight villages of Shinshū Minowa domain: Ōide Village, Sawa Village, Yaotome Village, Shimo-Furuta Village, Kami-Furuta Village, Tomita Village, Matsushima Village, and Kinoshita Village. Due to this mountain dispute, it was not recorded in the registers during the land survey of the previous Uma year (1810). However, on the 6th day of the 8th month of this Hitsuji year, an official decision was rendered at the Council of State (Hyōjōsho), determining that the disputed mountain belonged to Miyasho Village. An official endorsement was written on the map and given to Miyasho Village. Therefore, we have now inquired at the Finance Office (Kanjoōsho) and received official endorsement. Using the map, we have examined the notable places in the mountain area and Hirasawa, and will add additional records later.
