一 他国石切稼罷出候者共儀□
組切ニ吟味仕人別請人相立□
出申候尤御年貢御役義
等無滞様ニ可仕候御事
一 従御公儀様被
仰付候御法度之儀者不
及申上常々被

相背申間敷候此段相守候

仰付奉得其意御事
一 此者其義於先々ニ定宿
脇書ニ相記候通り御座候
暮ニ至り不罷帰義御座ハヽ
請人并五人組迄御注進

出し申し候もっとも御年貢御役義
等滞りなきように仕るべく候御事
一 御公儀様より
仰せ付けられ候御法度の儀は
申し上げるに及ばず常々
□付けられ候通り御仕置先々において
相背き申すまじく候この段相守り候
ように
仰せ付けその意を得奉り候御事
一 この者その儀先々において定宿
脇書に相記し候通りに御座候
年の暮れに至り帰らざる儀御座候はば
請人並びに五人組まで御注進

Regarding the pledge we hereby submit
Article 1: Concerning those who go out to work stone-cutting in other provinces□
We have examined them by group and established guarantors for each person□
We submit this, and moreover, regarding annual tribute and official duties,
we shall ensure there are no delays in such matters.
Article 2: Regarding the prohibitions
issued by the honorable shogunate,
it goes without saying that we shall always
□ as has been ordered, and in all places we shall not
violate the official punishments. We have been ordered to observe
this point and we
humbly accept and understand this directive.
Article 3: Regarding these persons, their designated lodgings
in various places are as recorded in the margin notes.
Should they fail to return by year's end,
we will report this to both the guarantors and the five-person groups.
