**海狗腎** 味は鹹（塩辛く）、性は大熱、毒なし。
雷斆（らいこう）曰く：酒に一日浸し、紙に包んで香ばしくなるまで炙り、細かく刻んで搗くか、または銀の器の中で酒とともに肉が熟するまで煮て、薬に合わせて用いる。
李時珍曰く：山椒・樟脳とともに収蔵すれば腐敗しない。
男子の■（陰）病、気の塊・積滞、冷労気、腎精の衰損、色事による過度な疲労・痩せ衰えを治す。
