廻金子は同人が盗み取った金子であったが、詳しく子細も調べずに質物として取り扱った段、不埒につき、右質物並びに衣類請け戻しの際に受け取った金子共に取り上げ、押込を申し付ける。
右の趣旨について各々立ち合いの上申し渡すべきである。以上
