不埒なことである。町役人どもは
もちろん、一家の内でも重立った
者は心に留め、しっかりと取り締まり、
少しも心得違いがないようにすること。
右の趣旨を町役場へ一同漏れのないよう
呼び集め、よくよく申し聞かせ、書付の趣旨を
申し聞かせ済んだ段を書面をもって
四月二日までに届け出るよう申し出る
ものなり。

of each household, keep this in mind and strictly enforce these rules,
ensuring there are no misunderstandings whatsoever.
Regarding the above matter, gather everyone at the town office without exception,
thoroughly explain these points, convey the content of this written notice,
and submit a written report confirming that the explanation has been completed
by the second day of the fourth month.
