私儀不調法者ニ御座候処不存寄町代御役儀
被為 仰付被下置難有仕合奉存候数年来
相勤罷在候処病身【不勝手消し】ニ相成難相勤奉存候
依之御赦免被 成下候様奉願上候

恐れながら申し上げます
私は不調法者でございますが、思いがけず町代の御役目を
仰せつけられ、ありがたい仕合せと存じております。数年来
勤めて参りましたが、病身となり勤めることが困難と存じます
ので、御免職くださいますようお願い申し上げます
右の趣旨について 袋町

二十三日右同様、月末に御許可いただきました
恐れながら申し上げます
私は不調法者でございますが、思いがけず町代の御役目を仰せつかり

御免職くださいますようお願い申し上げます
