甲州岩窪村地内の武田墓碑の件について、高さ五尺六寸、三重の台石にございます。天正元年（1573年）4月12日に病死し、仮葬にいたし、同3年（1575年）4月12日にこの所において火葬し、分骨いたし埋葬いたしました。古い墓石がございましたが、中井清太夫様の御巡視の節に願い出の上、安永8年（1779年）に只今の新しい碑を取り建てた際に古い墓を

Regarding the Takeda grave monument within the territory of Iwakubo Village in Kai Province, it stands five shaku and six sun tall on a three-tiered stone base. [The subject] died of illness on April 12th of Tenshō 1 (1573), was temporarily interred, then on April 12th of Tenshō 3 (1575) was cremated at this location, and the divided bones were buried. There was an old gravestone, but when Nakai Seitadayū-sama made his inspection, a petition was submitted and in Anei 8 (1779) the current new monument was erected, and the old grave...
