Monthly duty officer:
Submitted to the District Magistrate (Gundai) with his approval; [the taxes were] delivered to the collection office
at the private residence of Chief Inspector (Ōmetsuke) Sakamoto Magonoshirō
on the 9th day. Regarding the receipt, [it is to be forwarded] from the Monthly Duty Officer
via the Deputy's official channel to the Western Office, and placed therein.
