右の積帳面ならびに金子は御掛帳面においては、山下新治殿御取次にて入御讃（覧）、夫より御立方藤田善右衛門様御多忙にて、伊藤四五右衛門様へ差し上げ候。もっとも四日御日割に候えども、三日御城にて入御覧、証文相納め、請取書は御奉行様には御覧に入れ申さず候。月番差し支えには、東（の）池上より御上納下され候。

The above ledger of accounts and the monies were reviewed via the intermediary Yamashita Shinji, and thereafter, as the responsible official Fujita Zenemon was occupied with other matters, the documents were submitted to Itō Shigouemon. Although the scheduled date was the 4th, on the 3rd day, the ledger was reviewed at the castle, the receipts were duly settled, though the receipt document was not presented to the Bugyō (magistrate) for inspection. In the event of difficulty for the month-duty officer, Ikegami of the Eastern [branch] was requested to make the payment on behalf.
