丙寅年（1866年）三月二十八日、養子□太へ跡式として高十八俵二人扶持を
下され、格式は御徒士とされたが、中絶につき寛政五年癸丑年（1793年）
以来の右の例により渡すよう取り決めるよう、瀬田赤蔵殿が仰せ聞かされた
ただし
物成・大扶持・俵数・無足ともに病死の日まで親の高を
日割りで相渡し、病死翌日から養子が引き取る前日までは
中絶につき家内上下の人数に応じて扶持を下し、養子が引き取り
着服を受けた日から跡目の者へ跡式を仰せ出される高を日割りで
下されること
ただし附扶持がある分は養子が引き取った月から下されること」

On the 13th day of the 10th month of Keio 1, year of the Wood Ox (1865), Uoya Genzaemon died of illness, and on the 28th day of the 3rd month of the same 2nd year, year of the Fire Tiger (1866), his adopted son [?]ta was granted succession with a stipend of 18 hyō and provisions for two people, with the rank of御徒士 (o-kachi, foot soldier), but due to interruption, it was decreed by Lord Seta Akakura that payments should be made according to the precedent established since Kansei 5, year of the Water Ox (1793)
However
For mono-nari, large stipends, hyō amounts, and those without rank, the parent's stipend shall be paid on a daily basis until the day of death from illness, and from the day after death until the day before the adopted son takes over, due to the interruption, stipends shall be granted according to the number of people in the household both high and low, and from the day the adopted son takes over and receives investiture, the successor shall be granted the stipend amount announced for succession on a daily basis
However, for additional stipends, they shall be granted from the month the adopted son takes over"
