年中御取立高之一盃図りを以差引
可相渡候事
一 無足ゟ石切米等之足軽以下ニ至迄御加増
渡方右ニ可准事
一 御役料之儀は六月晦日迄ニ被 仰付候は
年中図り相渡七月朔日以後之御役付ニ
候ハヽ年中之半分渡りたるへき事

但御役料ニ而も御扶持之分は被
仰出候月ゟ之図り可相渡事
一 家督跡式之儀無相違被 仰出候節は地方
大扶持俵数之品々附扶持共不及申無出入
引続可相渡候事
但忌中之間三季渡り時節欤附扶持渡り候節ニ
至り候ハヽ家内人数之有扶持最寄之
方より断次第相渡置追而跡式被

年中の御取立高のその分をもって差し引いて
支給すること
一 無足から石切米等の足軽以下に至るまでの御加増の
支給方法は右に準ずること
一 御役料については六月末日までに仰せ付けられた場合は
年中分を支給し、七月一日以後の御役付の
場合は年中の半分を支給すること

ただし御役料でも御扶持の分については
仰せ出された月からその分を支給すること
一 家督相続については間違いなく仰せ出された際は地方俵数、
大扶持俵数の品々、附扶持ともに申すまでもなく、何の支障もなく
引き続いて支給すること
ただし忌中の間、三季支給の時節あるいは附扶持支給の際に
至った場合は、家内人数の有扶持で最も近い
者から申し出次第支給しておき、追って相続が
