一 大扶持の分で代替わりにより減らされた場合は、その月中は親の
高を支給し切ること。翌月朔日から減高計算で
支給すること。月末に至り翌月の扶持方が支給される
以後であっても減高通りに差し引いて上納とすること

一 嫡子が部屋住みから召し出され、父子ともに勤めている場合は
親の隠居あるいは病死の節、もし嫡子の俵数が親より

ともに三人扶持余りであっても扶持高が無い場合は
御構い無く相続の嫡子は格式通り並の附扶持の附扶持を
