引米高之内三分一御用捨可被下候四月
朔日ゟ以後 御発駕前迄に在番
御免ニ相成候ハヽ年中引米高之内半分之
可為御用捨事
但其年之正月以来定御供在番勤被
仰付候もの 御発駕前迄ニ若在番
御免之筋ニ相成候節も引方御用捨之割

一 定御供之もの或は隠居或は病死にて
家督跡式忰江被 仰付居勤ニ相成候ハヽ
引米之内御用捨之義家督跡式願上候
月ニ随ひ右同例たるへき事
一 右同断不首尾之筋ニ而在番相止候者ハ引
方御用捨之有無割合等其節之様子品ニ
より吟味次第たるへき事
現代語訳
【右丁】
引米高のうち三分の一を御用捨てとして下されるべきである。四月朔日以後、御発駕前までに在番を御免となった場合は、年中引米高のうち半分を御用捨てとすべきことである。
但し、その年の正月以来定御供在番勤めを仰せ付けられた者が、御発駕前までに在番御免の筋に相成った節も、引き方御用捨ての割合は右同断のことである。
【左丁】
一 定御供の者が隠居あるいは病死により家督跡式を忰に仰せ付けられ居勤めに相成った場合は、引米のうち御用捨ての義は家督跡式を願い上げた月に随い、右同例とすべきことである。
一 右同断、不首尾の筋により在番が相止んだ者は、引き方御用捨ての有無割合等、その節の様子品により吟味次第とすべきことである。

One-third of the rice deduction amount shall be waived. If garrison duty is exempted between the first day of April and before the lord's departure, half of the annual rice deduction amount shall be waived.
However, for those who have been ordered to serve regular attendant garrison duty since January of that year, if they are exempted from garrison duty before the lord's departure, the proportion of deduction waiver shall be the same as above.

One: When a regular attendant retires or dies and family headship succession is granted to his son who continues in service, the waiver of rice deductions shall follow the same precedent according to the month when the succession petition was submitted.
One: Similarly, for those whose garrison duty ceases due to unsatisfactory performance, the presence or absence of deduction waivers and their proportions shall be determined through examination depending on the circumstances of each case.
