以上之渡り方ニ可准と之事ニ候附扶持之義は申
渡之日ゟ相渡候ニ付と有之は中絶之節之義と可

一 拾人扶持は七拾石ニ准候ニ付在番先ニ而高之内
三人扶持宛相渡候江戸勝手之分ハ高之内
三人扶持宛江戸直段渡ニ候事
一 給人以上附扶持有之独身之面々は向後在
番扶持相止扶持持ニ而相済候御定ニ候事

一 江戸高遠引越之所ニ而相渡着之日より
其所ニ而可相渡事
但道中日数は五日と相極リ候去ル亥年
中山式右衛門父子引越之節相極候事

【右丁】
以上の渡り方に準ずべきこととする。なお扶持の義については申し渡しの日より支給するとあるのは、中絶の節の義と心得るべきことである。
一 十人扶持は七十石に準ずるため、在番先において高の内より三人扶持宛を支給する。江戸勝手の分は高の内より三人扶持宛を江戸の直段で渡すことである。
一 給人以上で附扶持のある独身の面々は、今後在番扶持を停止し、扶持持ちで済ませるという御定めである。
【左丁】
ただし享保二十年卯正月よりこの通り改めたことである。
一 江戸・高遠間の引越しの所において、到着の日よりその所で支給すべきことである。
ただし道中日数は五日と決まっており、去る亥年中山式右衛門父子引越しの節に決めたことである。

The above distribution methods shall be followed as the standard. Regarding stipends, the provision that they shall be paid from the day of announcement refers to cases of interruption, which should be understood accordingly.
One: Since ten-person stipends are equivalent to seventy koku, three-person stipends each shall be distributed from the stipend allocation at stationed posts. For Edo expenses, three-person stipends each shall be paid at Edo rates from the stipend allocation.
One: Those of retainer rank and above who have additional stipends and are unmarried shall henceforth have their stationed-duty stipends discontinued and manage with their stipend holdings, according to the official regulation.
