現代語訳
請人の者が引き受け、御上様が仰せ付けになり次第、必ず問題を解決し、少しも御村方に御苦労をおかけいたしません。
一、宗門の件は代々真言宗で、的場村延命院の檀那に間違いございません。もちろん寺請状も取り置いております。後日のための請け証文として、よって件の如し。

The guarantor will take responsibility, and as soon as the authorities give orders, we will certainly resolve the matter and will not cause any trouble to the village administration.
One, regarding religious affiliation, he has been a parishioner of Enmyōin Temple in Matoba Village of the Shingon sect for generations without doubt. Of course, we have obtained a temple guarantee certificate. This serves as a guarantee document for future reference, therefore as stated above.
