一、私の兄十三郎、当辰年三十三歳
右の者は当七月二十八日夜に家出をいたしましたので、親類
並びに組合の者が次々と詮議いたしましたところ、今もって行方が分からずにおります。
つきましては、欠落帳面にご記載くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
右の趣旨につき、ご慈悲をもってお願い申し上げた通りお取り計らい
くださいましたなら、ありがたい次第と存じます。以上 鉾持町
