右の勝蔵が願い出ました通り、少しも相違ございません。願いの通り
仰せ付けていただけますならば、私どもまで一同ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。

このような義務はございません。分一だけで済みます。

this time there was an internal directive that when papermakers cease operations,
both petitions are required, so we are also submitting to the rural administrative office.

such obligations will not be required in the future. Only the bunichi tax will suffice.
