恐れながら書付をもって願い上げ申し上げます
下大嶋村の徳松と申す者は、今まで溝口村の鍛冶儀右衛門の
内弟子でございましたところ、儀右衛門が亡くなりましたので、当年より私の方へ
内弟子として召し抱え、御水役を勤めさせ鍛冶職をさせたく願い上げ申し上げます。
なにとぞご慈悲をもって願いの通り仰せ付けてくださいますならば、
ありがたい幸せに存じます。 鉾持町
