一 当秋の宗門再御改の儀、段々御用が多くございますので、今年の件については私どもが人別改めをいたしますよう仰せ付けられ恐れ入ります。問屋・名主・町代立ち会いにて改めましたところ、春中の御改めの通り少しも相違ございません。
一 人別増減の件については別紙帳面を差し上げ申します。
右の通り町中入念に改めましたところ、疑わしき件は少しもございません。万一何か不審な件がお聞こえになりましたら、何分の越度にも仰せ付けられましても、後日のため証文を差し上げますところ、よって書面の如し。

Item: Regarding this autumn's religious sect re-inspection, as there are many official duties, we have been ordered to conduct the population census ourselves this year, which we humbly acknowledge. When examined in the presence of wholesale merchants, village headmen, and town representatives, there are no discrepancies whatsoever from the spring inspection.
