私は心願がございまして、伊勢参宮をいたしたく存じます。なお、ついでに尾張国名古屋での商売の取引なども行いたく存じます。つきましては、往復五十日間のお暇をいただけますよう願い上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げました通りにお聞き届けくださいますれば、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上
