右之願書差出候所近江屋平左衛門方故障御坐候ニ付
願於銘々致候 十二月十二日
乍恐以口上書奉願上候御事
一 私儀不調法者ニ御座候処町代御役儀被蒙 仰難有仕合
相勤罷在候処近年不勝手ニ罷成御役儀難相勤奉
存候依之御役儀御赦免被成下候様奉願上候

右の願書を差し出したところ、近江屋平左衛門の方で問題がございましたので、個別に願い出ることといたします。十二月十二日
恐れながら口上書をもって願い上げ申し上げる件について
一、私は不調法者でございますが、町代の御役儀を仰せつかり、ありがたい仕合わせに相勤めておりましたところ、近年不景気になり、御役儀を勤めることが難しく存じます。これにより、御役儀の御赦免をくださいますよう願い上げます。
右の趣旨について、ご慈悲をもって願い上げます通りお聞き届けくださいますれば、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。以上
