敷地中家屋舗之事
一我等所持家屋舗鉾持町横丁ニ而表口卅間
裏行拾壱間壱尺五寸外西之方ニ而弐間南北
五間壱尺五寸袖地幷土蔵一ヶ所相添右舗地二而
金子拾両也當卯春ヨリ来ㇽ丑年迠借用
実正二御座候右家屋敷我等ニ御預ヶ被下家
賃として八分之以利足銀四拾八分つヽ毎年
十二月廿八限ㇼ拾ヶ年之内急度差上可申候一ヶ年
たり共差滞候者加判者引請少茂御苦労
掛申間舖候萬一火災等御座候節者此方ニ而
建替相渡可申候元金年限ㇼ渡及遅滞候ハヽ
此證文ニ而永御持可被下候為後日證文仍而

現代語訳
敷地内家屋敷のこと
一、我々が所持する家屋敷は鉾持町横丁にあり、表口三十間、
奥行き十一間一尺五寸、外に西の方に間口二間、南北
五間一尺五寸の袖地並びに土蔵一か所が付属している。右の敷地について
金子十両也を、当卯春（天保二年春）より来る丑年まで借用
確実にいたします。右の家屋敷を我々にお預けくださり、家
賃として八分の利足で銀四十八分ずつ毎年
十二月二十八日限りに十か年の内、必ず差し上げます。一か年
たりとも滞納する者があれば、連帯保証人が引き受け、少しもご苦労を
おかけいたしません。万一火災等がございました節は、こちらで
建て替えてお渡しいたします。元金を年限に返済が遅滞すれば、
この証文により永久にお持ちください。後日のための証文につき、

Regarding the house and lot within the premises
1. The house and lot we possess is located in Hokoji-machi side street, with a frontage of thirty ken,
depth of eleven ken, one shaku, five sun, plus on the west side, two ken frontage, five ken
one shaku five sun north-south of sleeve land, along with one storehouse attached. For the aforementioned lot,
we will certainly borrow ten ryo in gold from this spring of the rabbit year (Tempo 2) until the coming ox year.
Please entrust the aforementioned house and lot to us, and as house
rent at eight percent interest rate, we will pay forty-eight fun in silver each year
by the twenty-eighth day of the twelfth month without fail for ten years. Should even one year's
payment be delayed, the guarantors will assume responsibility, causing you no trouble
whatsoever. In case of fire or other disasters, we will
rebuild and deliver it at our expense. If repayment of the principal is delayed beyond the term,
please keep this document permanently. This document serves as proof for the future, therefore
